This benefit protects event organizers against accidental damage or theft of physical items and structures essential to the successful execution of the production.
Facility and Sets Coverage can be added to most event insurance policies, offering an added layer of security for the expensive and necessary physical assets that bring your event to life.

Adding a Facility, Set, and Furniture coverage benefit to your Thailand event insurance plan ensures full protection against accidental damage and destruction of the physical elements used in your event production.
This coverage also extends to damage caused by burglary, theft (involving threats or deception), unauthorized access using false keys, or entry by climbing. Providing essential protection for the structural components and decor critical to your event.
When included on an Event Insurance policy, the benefit applies to all production-related items not already insured under an Equipment Coverage Benefit. However, it is important to note that liability for entrusted property is not included and must be insured separately through an Entrusted Property coverage add-on.
If damage occurs to built sets, stands, furniture, or accessories, the policy covers their rebuilding value. In the case of rented or owned items, the policyholder is covered for the actual value; ensuring you're not left financially responsible for losses or damage beyond your control.
Please note: normal wear and tear, as well as unexplained disappearances, are excluded under this coverage.
