If your Thailand event insurance policy includes a Production Office Contents coverage benefit, you’ll be protected against accidental damage, destruction, or theft (involving threats or forced entry) for essential items located within your mobile or temporary production office.
Covered items under this benefit may include:
- Office furniture
- Computers and related equipment not insured under other parts of the policy
- On-site facilities essential to event management
Whether these items are owned, leased, or borrowed, the policy will reimburse you for their actual value in the event of a covered loss.
This coverage applies from the moment the production office is in transit to the venue, continuing through event setup, the duration of the event, and dismantling; ensuring that your operational hub is protected at every stage.
Please note: losses from normal wear and tear or unexplained disappearance are excluded under this benefit.
