CCW Global is currently looking to expand and is inviting applications for positions in the Client Servicing and Renewals Team. Job Overview
Working as part of the Client Servicing & Renewals Team, you will be responsible for assisting clients across a wide variety of insurance products, with a range of policy management needs, including but not limited to:
- Servicing individual and corporate clients across a range of insurance products
- Communicating with client via email, on the phone, and face-to-face
- Handling policy renewals, benefit enquiries, claims and policy changes
- Communicating with insurance companies and performing market reviews
- Preparing quotations and presenting proposals to clients
Product training will be provided.
Job Requirements
The position requires a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, a high level of attention to detail, and all team members are required to put our clients’ best interests at the heart of everything we do, at all times.
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Form 5 education or above
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and good time-management
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Customer service experience required
While not mandatory, the following would be beneficial to a successful application:
- Spoken and written Cantonese or Mandarin
- Familiarity with the Thailand and International Insurance markets
Prior to commencement of employment, the successful candidate must have passed IIQE Papers 1 & 2 at least. Paper 3 will also be required within the probation period.
Compensation
CCW Global will provide the successful candidate with an attractive salary with generous annual leave, and MPF contributions. Company medical insurance is provided after the successful completion of the probation period.
CCW operates a 5-day working week.
